gah, i woke up late and skipped two classes which is super lame. i always feel bad when i skip classes -_- Goals for the day: 1 liter of water. Workout video. 100 squats.  50 reps with hand weights.  I’m keeping it light today since I don’t feel so hot.

Hi guys! Weekly update :) I did spectacular all last week. Worked out every day, and followed my diet. No fast food, no soda, no sweets, it was awesome! Yesterday was my cheat day, and I still think I did okay! I was craving a cheeseburger, so I got a single from Burger King and took off one of the buns. But I still didn’t have any soda or sweets! I did drink wine all weekend though :P ...

I feel miserable.  I can feel myself gaining weight. I stopped working out because of opera and then started stress eating and I honestly just stopped caring about everything fitness related.  Today is my last day of freedom on Spring Break, so tomorrow bring on the routine.
