that i do SO WELL throughout the day. lots of small snacks and portions and i work all day so im up and moving and then i come home and eat an awesome dinner and im great.
my friends call and we go smoke. then we go get munchies. then i come up and stay up until 3am high and eating like a twat and my dad made cake which doesnt help and sdjnckdjnc ugh. i wish i didnt crave junk when i was high. i would be so much more fit and skinny and shit if i didnt do that. my life is dumb.
oh well. baby steps.
I’m going to do a night workout tonight.
It’s way too damn hot in Raleigh, NC. It’s almost 8:30 and its still 87 degrees outside. There is no way. Around 10 or 11 when everyone is asleep, I’ll do a couple cardio videos in my backyard, and a POP Pilates or two. I actually think that sounds pretty relaxing.

Usually, when I crave fast food, I at least make myself walk to the place to go get it. Nope. Not today. It is over 90 degrees here in North Carolina. I am not going anywhere unless it is a pool. Guess I won’t be ruining my diet today. Thanks, weather!
