Hi guys! Weekly update :)
I did spectacular all last week. Worked out every day, and followed my diet. No fast food, no soda, no sweets, it was awesome!
Yesterday was my cheat day, and I still think I did okay! I was craving a cheeseburger, so I got a single from Burger King and took off one of the buns. But I still didn’t have any soda or sweets! I did drink wine all weekend though :P
Bring on this week! I can do it!
