okay so my best friend in the entire world, Sloane, is leaving for France today. He is going to be gone for 5 to 6 months. Both of us are trying to get more fit (him more muscle, and me skinnier) WE DECIDED that were gonna do this cute thing where we aren’t going to communicate through any technology while he is away. No skype, no phone, no facebook or tumblr, NOTHING. And we are only going to write letters. 

1. its totally cute.

2. we can be completely surprised with our transformation.

3. some personal insecurity issues i have with our relationship

UGH IM SO EXCITED. I already ordered parchment.

So besides summer and my bellybutton ring, I have even more motivation now!

How upset would I be if I didn’t change at all, and this was all for nothing?

Today was lame and gross and dumb and I ended up not working out at all so I feel extra crappy, but I’ll make it up tomorrow I hope.

I had class from 9-2, then I was originally going to practice and go to the gym, but I ended up practicing and coming home because I forgot my sports bra, headphones and hair tie. Man I’m awesome. Then, I thought “Okay, I’ll just do a Turbo Fire video when my roommate gets home.” Nope. I fell asleep. It was rainy and gross and I just couldn’t help it. Then I had another class from 7-9, so I was going to work out when I got back but now I have a throbbing headache and I think I’m just going to go to bed.

Tomorrow I have class from 9-6 without a break, including an audition. Then I’ll make it to the gym after that to make up for today!

I hope everyone had a more productive day than I did!

Hello beauties!

I hope all of you have had a successful week, I know I have :)

Managed to work out Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and today. With Friday and Saturday as kind of cheat days. Never went over my 1500, but didn’t make the best choices. At least I worked out both of those days, right? Haha.

Great productive day today, and I can’t wait to work my butt off this week.

A lot of times we miss a day or two of working out, or we eat crappy a couple days and ruin our consistent diet. Some people quit. They say, “Oh well, I already ruined it, why bother continuing?” or they never really had the determination to keep up with it to begin with.
Don’t let that be you - it’s never too late to start another day off right.
I will never judge any type of overweight, underweight, not-as-toned person who goes to the gym. Everybody starts somewhere. I seriously applaud everyone who even just tried. Everyone has to start somewhere.
